I was looking through old photos and stumbled upon an image of shopska salata that we had back in october with the last tomatoes from the farm... oh how i miss those sweet, succulent heirloom tomatoes... winter produce just does not cut it for me with all these leafy chewy greens.... blah
Slaninka, I felt nostalgic too, but the winter is for accumulating slaninki :)

Uhhhh the tomatoes look so delicious! I will try to get some of those (if they are still in season) at my local Farmers' Market. I have a tradition of going early Sunday morning to the local FM to stock up on fruits and veggies for the week. Will post some pics from it tomorrow.:)
